Bosch GBH 18V-36 C Professional 500 giri/min SDS Max 6,1 kg nero, blu

The Bosch GBH 18V-36 C Professional is a cordless perforator built for heavy-duty work. Equipped with a brushless motor, the tool delivers consistent power for drilling and chiselling in masonry and concrete. It offers a maximum idle speed of 500 RPM and an impact rate of 2,900 bpm, able to drill up to 3.5 cm in concrete. Supplied with two 18 V, 8 Ah batteries, this model supports extended runtime for continuous on-site use. The unit's total weight is 6.1 kg and it is finished in Bosch professional colours.

Advantages

The brushless motor increases efficiency and reduces maintenance compared with brushed designs, while the cordless format eliminates the need for a mains connection during operation. The combination of high impact rate and controlled idle speed provides effective material removal and accurate drilling depth. Dual batteries reduce downtime, allowing one battery to charge while the other powers the tool. The tool's weight and balance are engineered for stability during heavy applications.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in concrete, masonry and brick up to 35 mm diameter
• Heavy chiselling and demolition work in construction sites
• Installation of anchors, rebar dowels and pipe penetrations
• Plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades requiring mobile rotary hammer performance

How to use

Before use, ensure both batteries are fully charged and correctly inserted according to the tool's battery slot. Choose an appropriate SDS-plus or compatible drill bit for the required concrete diameter and secure it in the chuck. Select the rotary hammer mode needed for drilling or chiselling, set the required speed if adjustable, and position the tool perpendicular to the work surface. Apply steady forward pressure and allow the tool's impact mechanism to work; avoid forcing the tool to preserve motor and battery life. After completing the task, remove the battery for storage or charging and clean the bit and tool housing from dust and debris.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection and dust extraction or a respirator when working with concrete. For extended sessions, rotate batteries to maintain continuous operation and allow cells to cool between heavy cycles. Follow Bosch recommended service intervals and inspect the tool and accessories for wear before each use.
