Recommendations

For consistent results, feed documents that are clean and free of heavy creases or staples. Use the recommended scan resolution (for most office needs 300 DPI is sufficient) to balance image quality and file size. When scanning mixed media such as business or plastic cards, check feeder settings and process those items separately if necessary to avoid jams. Regularly clean the scan glass and ADF rollers following manufacturer guidelines to maintain image quality and reliable paper handling.
