Brother TZE-S631 nastro per scrittura TZ

The Brother TZE-S631 label-making tape is a 12 mm (1.2 cm) wide laminated TZ tape with Extra Strength Adhesive and an 8 m (26.2 ft) length. Its laminated construction and stronger adhesive provide durable, fade-resistant labels that perform in normal indoor conditions as well as harsh indoor and outdoor environments. The tape is designed to adhere reliably to textured, rough or uneven surfaces and is suitable for use on slippery painted metal or powder-coated items. Compatible with a wide range of Brother label printers.

Advantages

The tape uses a laminated TZ material combined with Brother's Extra Strength Adhesive, offering up to twice the adhesive strength of standard laminated tapes. This results in longer-lasting labels with improved resistance to peeling, moisture and fading. The 12 mm width produces clear, professional-looking text and symbols while the 8 m length provides multiple labels per cassette.

Suitable for

• Labeling textured or rough surfaces
• Marking painted metal and powder-coated items
• Indoor and outdoor identification where strong adhesion is required
• Organizing tools, equipment and storage areas

How to use

Install the TZE-S631 cassette in a compatible Brother label printer following the printer's loading instructions. Design your label using the printer or software, then print and trim as needed. Clean and dry the surface before applying the label for the best adhesion; press firmly to ensure contact across the label area. For textured or uneven surfaces, smooth the label down as much as possible when applying.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, apply labels at moderate temperatures on clean, dry surfaces. Avoid applying to heavily contaminated or oily surfaces. When labelling curved or highly uneven items, allow extra time to press the label into grooves and consider using shorter labels to reduce lifting at the edges.
