BUSCH-JAEGER 2TKA00006023 presa doppia USB-C Safety+, bianco alpino

In a modern living room or home office, keeping smartphones, tablets, and other USB-C devices charged without bulky adapters is essential. The BUSCH-JAEGER Safety+ USB-C double socket outlet integrates two USB-C charging ports directly into a standard flush-mounted wall box, delivering up to 3 A shared output at 5 V DC. Its clean Alpine White finish blends seamlessly with existing switch ranges, while integrated overload and short-circuit protection ensure safe, reliable charging. Ideal for retrofits or new installations, this outlet eliminates the need for separate chargers and frees up AC sockets for other appliances.

Why choose it

This outlet combines convenience and safety in one compact unit. The USB-C ports support modern devices, and the shared 3 A output allows charging two devices simultaneously (power is distributed between ports). The Safety+ technology protects against overload and short circuits, preventing damage to connected devices and the outlet itself. With a standby consumption of less than 0.1 W, it meets high energy-efficiency standards. The Alpine White color and standard dimensions ensure compatibility with common switch ranges, making it a versatile choice for both renovation and new construction projects.

Ideal use cases

• Charging smartphones, tablets, and other USB-C devices at home or in the office
• Replacing traditional sockets in kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas to add USB charging capability
• New installations where integrated charging is desired without extra adapters
• Hospitality and commercial spaces needing reliable, safe charging points for guests

Good to know

The outlet is designed for flush mounting in standard wall boxes (installation depth according to local regulations). It does not include a frame or cover plate; these must be ordered separately from compatible Busch-Jaeger ranges. The USB output is 5 V DC only, so devices requiring higher voltages (e.g., some laptops) may charge slower or not at all. Always have installation performed by a qualified electrician. The product complies with relevant European safety standards and carries the CE mark.
