Buste piegate in carta B4 MAILmedia mod. 80012158, formato confezione per documenti

MAILmedia Paper gusset bags B4 model 80012158 are designed to hold B4-size documents and flat materials. Made from paper with side gussets, these bags expand to accommodate thicker stacks while retaining a slim profile when empty. They are intended for mailing, office storage and document organisation where a simple, recyclable packaging option is required.

Advantages

The expandable gusset design increases internal capacity without significantly increasing external footprint, allowing efficient storage and transport of multiple documents. Constructed from paper, these bags are lightweight and suitable for standard handling and postal processing. The format matches B4 documents, reducing the need for folding and helping to keep contents flat and protected during handling.

Suitable for

• Sending B4 documents and flat print materials by post
• Organising and storing contracts, drawings and reports in offices
• Packaging brochures, magazines or thin catalogs for distribution
• Temporary protection of archival sheets or certificates during handling

Key specifications

• Format: fits B4-size documents
• Construction: paper material with side gussets for expansion
• Capacity: expandable volume compared to flat envelope design
• Closure: open top suitable for manual insertion and sealing
• Intended use: mailing, storage and document organisation

How to use

Insert B4 documents or flat items into the bag through the open top, adjusting the side gussets so the contents sit flat and evenly. For mailing, fold any required address label and affix it to the exterior surface, then seal the top with tape or adhesive appropriate for paper. When used for storage, place labelled bags on shelving or in boxes to keep documents grouped and protected from surface damage.

Recommendations

Store the bags in a dry environment to prevent moisture damage and preserve structural integrity. Avoid overfilling beyond the gusset capacity to prevent tearing. Use paper-friendly adhesives or tape for sealing to maintain recyclability.
