Cacciavite manuale Cimco 117780 cacciavite singolo a taglio piatto lunghezza 165 mm

The Cimco 117780 manual screwdriver is a single straight screwdriver with a length of 165 mm designed for precision fastening and general assembly tasks. Its compact length and straight shank allow access to shallow and medium-depth fasteners in confined spaces. The tool combines a durable steel blade with an ergonomically shaped handle to support controlled torque and repeatable performance for both professional and home use.

Advantages

The single straight design provides direct force transfer from the handle to the tip, reducing slippage during turning. The 165 mm overall length balances reach and control, making it suitable for tasks where longer shafts would be cumbersome. The handle is shaped to improve grip and reduce hand fatigue during repetitive operations. Construction from hardened metal ensures resistance to wear and reliable tip shape retention over time.

Suitable for

• Precision assembly and small maintenance jobs
• Electrical and electronic component work that requires a compact straight screwdriver
• General household repairs and DIY projects
• Workshop use for light to medium fastening operations

Key specifications

• Tool type: single straight manual screwdriver
• Total length: 165 mm
• Handle: ergonomic, non-slip profile
• Blade material: hardened steel for wear resistance
• Tip: precision-ground for accurate engagement with fasteners
• Intended use: hand-operated fastening and loosening

How to use

Select the correct screwdriver tip size and orientation for the fastener. Insert the tip fully into the screw head to ensure proper engagement before applying torque. Hold the handle with a firm grip and turn with controlled force to avoid stripping the screw. Use steady, even pressure when tightening; when loosening, apply controlled counter-rotation. Inspect the tip regularly for wear and replace the tool if the tip becomes rounded or damaged.

Recommendations

Use the Cimco 117780 manual screwdriver for tasks that require precise control and limited reach. Avoid applying excessive torque beyond hand strength to prevent tip deformation. Keep the screwdriver clean and dry; store in a toolbox or rack to protect the tip and handle. For electrical work, ensure power is isolated before use.
