Cacciavite manuale Cimco 117786 cacciavite piatto singolo lunghezza 170 mm

The Cimco 117786 manual screwdriver is a single straight screwdriver with a total length of 170 mm designed for precision fastening and general mechanical tasks. Its straight shaft and compact size facilitate access to confined spaces while the handle geometry provides a comfortable, non-slip hold for controlled torque application. The tool is manufactured to withstand regular workshop and home use, offering reliable repeatability for assembly, maintenance and repair work.

Advantages

The single straight design and 170 mm length combine to give a good balance between reach and control for small- to medium-scale jobs. The handle is shaped for secure gripping during prolonged use and allows accurate manual torque transfer. The shaft and tip are made to resist wear, maintaining fit in screw heads and reducing cam-out. Construction quality supports frequent use in professional and domestic environments.

Suitable for

• Electronics assembly and small appliance repair
• Furniture assembly and maintenance
• General household repairs and DIY projects
• Workshop and industrial maintenance tasks requiring manual screwdriving

Key specifications

• Tool type: single straight manual screwdriver
• Total length: 170 mm
• Handle: ergonomic, non-slip design for extended use
• Shaft: straight metal shaft engineered for wear resistance
• Tip: precision-formed tip to ensure correct engagement with fasteners
• Intended use: manual fastening and loosening of screws

How to use

Select the screwdriver tip that matches the screw head profile and position the tip centrally in the screw recess. Apply steady axial pressure while turning the handle to avoid slipping or damaging the screw head. For disassembly, rotate counterclockwise; for fastening, rotate clockwise and stop once the required tightness is reached to prevent over-torquing. Maintain a straight alignment between the shaft and screw to optimise torque transfer and reduce wear on the tip.

Recommendations

Inspect the tip regularly for rounding or wear and replace the tool if engagement becomes unreliable. Keep the screwdriver clean and free of oil on the handle to preserve grip performance. Use the tool only for its intended manual screwdriving tasks and avoid leveraging or using as a pry bar to prevent damage.
