Its moderate length of 195 mm delivers a balance between reach and control, allowing access to shallow recesses while maintaining good handling characteristics. Materials and construction are chosen to withstand routine mechanical stress and provide long service life.

Suitable for

• General assembly and disassembly of components
• Maintenance and repair tasks in workshops and service vehicles
• Electrical and electronics panel adjustments where a straight tip is required
• Home improvement and DIY fastening jobs

Key specifications

• Tool type: single straight manual screwdriver
• Overall length: 195 mm
• Shaft material: hardened steel (durable construction)
• Handle: ergonomic grip profile for controlled turning
• Tip style: straight single-tip for standard screws
• Intended use: hand-operated fastening and loosening

How to use

Select the straight-tip screwdriver for screws that match the tip profile. Position the tip squarely into the screw head, apply axial pressure to keep the tip engaged, and turn the handle in the required direction to tighten or loosen. Maintain steady pressure and use controlled force to avoid damaging the screw head or tool. For tasks requiring additional torque, consider using appropriate socket or torque tools rather than excessive manual force.

Recommendations

Inspect the screwdriver tip and handle before use; ensure the tip is not rounded and the shaft is free of bends. Use the screwdriver for compatible screw heads only, avoid using it as a pry bar or chisel, and store in a dry tool rack to prevent corrosion and preserve performance.
