Calza intrecciata DeLOCK 3 m x 50 mm nero resistente al calore

The DeLOCK Braided Sleeve 3m x 50mm Black Heat-Resistant is a 3 metre long, 50 mm wide polyester sleeve designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, electrical tubes and wires. The sleeve is heat-resistant and accommodates cable sections up to 35 mm², providing abrasion protection and improved cable organization in installations where durability and thermal stability are required.

Advantages

The braided construction offers high abrasion resistance, flexibility and heat resistance while maintaining breathability. An integrated zip fastener enables simple insertion and removal of cables multiple times without damaging the sleeve, and the black polyester material provides a neutral, durable finish suitable for visible and hidden cable runs.

Suitable for

• Bundling power and signal cables in industrial or home environments
• Protecting wiring in automotive or workshop applications
• Organizing cable runs behind entertainment systems or server racks

Key specifications

• Length: 3 m
• Width (diameter when flattened): 50 mm
• Material: Polyester (heat-resistant)
• Colour: Black
• Maximum cable cross-section: up to 35 mm²
• Integrated zip fastener for repeated access

How to use

Place the sleeve around the cable bundle and close the integrated zip fastener to secure the cables. For larger bundles, open the zip, insert cables and close again. Trim the sleeve to the required length with scissors if needed, leaving a small allowance to avoid fraying. Ensure cables are not tensioned at connection points before closing the sleeve.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid direct contact with open flames and use the sleeve within its intended temperature range. When cutting, seal the ends with heat or an appropriate adhesive to reduce fraying. Check compatibility with cable insulation materials if used near high temperatures.
