Canalina portacavi Busch-Jaeger 2CKA001799A0897, bianco, 80×43×80 mm

Cable tray Busch-Jaeger 2CKA001799A0897 in white is a compact routing channel designed to organise and protect electrical cables in residential and light commercial installations. With external dimensions of 80×43×80 mm, this tray provides a neat pathway for conductors while offering mechanical protection and strain relief where cables pass through walls, panels or junction points.

Advantages

The compact rectangular profile enables discreet installation in shallow cavities and behind fittings. The white finish matches common interior switches and trunking for a consistent appearance. The rigid construction supports stable cable routing, reduces the risk of abrasion and helps maintain separation of conductors for easier identification and maintenance. Its size balances usable internal space with minimal visual and spatial impact.

How to use

Measure and mark the intended routing path, ensuring the tray covers the full run and any bends. Cut the tray to length with an appropriate tool, deburr edges if necessary and fix it to the mounting surface using screws or compatible fasteners at recommended intervals. Lay cables into the tray without exceeding the internal capacity, secure cable bundles with ties if required, and provide strain relief at connection points. Maintain clearances to heat sources and follow local electrical regulations while making connections inside junction boxes or behind devices.

Recommendations

For safe and lasting installations, avoid overfilling the tray, use separate channels for power and low-voltage control cables where required, and follow national wiring rules. Inspect fixed runs periodically for signs of wear or displacement and replace damaged sections promptly.
