Cartella organizzativa Elba A4 12 scomparti grigio polipropilene (PP)

Elba A4 organizational folder with 12 pockets in grey is a practical polypropylene (PP) folder designed to store and separate A4 documents across twelve individual pockets. The lightweight yet durable construction protects papers from dirt, light wear and helps keep documents orderly for office, home, study or project use. The neutral grey finish provides a professional appearance and makes it easy to identify contents when grouped with other folders.

Advantages

The folder is made from polypropylene (PP), offering water resistance and tear resilience compared with standard paper folders. With twelve separate pockets, it enables clear separation of subjects, projects or document types without the need for separate binders. Its slim profile keeps the overall thickness manageable while still accommodating multiple documents in each pocket. The simple closure and flexible material allow easy insertion and removal of sheets while maintaining protection during transport and storage.

Suitable for

• Organising office documents and correspondence
• Storing study materials, notes and handouts
• Keeping project files or client documents separated
• Carrying contracts, invoices or receipts between locations

Key specifications

• Format: A4 document size compatibility
• Material: polypropylene (PP) for durability and light water resistance
• Number of pockets: 12 individual pockets for separation of documents
• Colour: grey
• Construction: slim, flexible folder suitable for carrying and filing

How to use

Slide A4 sheets into each pocket, grouping related documents together to create clear sections for subjects, dates or clients. Place frequently used pages in the outer pockets for quicker access, and reserve inner pockets for archived materials. Store the folder flat in a drawer or upright on a shelf; it can also be carried in a bag without bulky spines. Clean with a damp cloth if needed and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain the folder colour and material properties.

Recommendations

For long-term archiving, combine the folder with labelled dividers or use a consistent labelling scheme on the outer edge to quickly identify contents when stored with other folders. Avoid overfilling individual pockets to prevent stress on seams and maintain easy retrieval of documents.
