Cavatappi Westmark 6255336C, acciaio zincato, 150 × 68 × 35 mm, prodotto in Germania

Corkscrew Westmark 6255336C is a compact manual wine opener made in Germany from zinc-coated steel. With dimensions of 150 × 68 × 35 mm, it is designed for reliable cork extraction in home, restaurant and bar settings. The unit features the original Monopol sharp screw for smooth penetration and controlled removal of natural and plastic corks without tearing or crumbling. The metal construction and optimised mechanism ensure stable positioning on the bottle neck and durable performance with frequent use.

Advantages

The zinc-coated steel body offers corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for repeated operation. The original Monopol screw provides clean entry into cork material and reduces the risk of breakage or fragmentation. Its compact size and ergonomic proportions make the opener easy to handle and store while the tuned mechanism enables even, controlled extraction of the cork.

Suitable for

• Removing natural and plastic corks from wine bottles
• Home use for everyday wine service
• Restaurants, bars and cafés for regular bottle opening
• Private tastings and small events

Key specifications

• Material: zinc-coated steel
• Overall dimensions: 150 × 68 × 35 mm
• Screw type: original Monopol sharp screw suitable for natural and plastic corks
• Design: compact manual corkscrew for hand operation
• Country of manufacture: Germany

How to use

Place the corkscrew on the bottle neck so the screw is centred over the cork, then turn the screw into the cork until the threads are fully engaged. Use steady, even rotation and keep the tool aligned with the bottle to avoid damaging the cork. Once the screw is inserted, withdraw the cork by applying controlled upward force until it clears the bottle neck. For plastic corks, insert and withdraw using the same method; if resistance is felt, back the screw out slightly and reinsert to maintain a straight path.

Recommendations

Clean the corkscrew after use and dry it to prevent surface corrosion. Avoid using excessive sideways force to protect the screw point and the bottle neck. Store the opener in a dry place and check the screw tip for wear before frequent professional use.
