Cavo adattatore in fibra ottica DELOCK 91030, multimodale POF, 3 m, nero/grigio

The DELOCK 91030 is a 3 m multi-mode polymer optical fibre (POF) adapter cable with HFBR-style duplex connectors. It provides a simple, low-cost optical link for short-range data or signal transmission and is supplied as a single black/grey cable with dust protection caps. The cable is suitable as a connector or extension for compatible POF ports and is intended for use with Avago/Broadcom Versatile Link devices and similar HFBR transmitter/receiver pairs.

Advantages

The POF construction with a 1 mm core enables easy handling and stable multi-mode signal transmission over short distances. Duplex HFBR-compatible connectors on both ends simplify connection to matching ports and the included dust caps help protect the connectors when not in use.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This cable is intended for short-range, multi-mode POF applications and is not designed for long-distance or single-mode fibre links. It requires compatible HFBR/Versatile Link style transmitters and receivers; it will not mate with unrelated optical connector standards.

Key specifications

How to use

Connect each duplex HFBR-style end to the matching transmitter or receiver port, observing the colour coding for correct orientation. Ensure dust caps are removed before making the connection and store them to protect the connectors when disconnected. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid excessive tension to maintain signal quality.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the DELOCK 91030 only within short-range POF applications, keep connector endfaces clean and capped when idle, and avoid tight bends or kinks in the 1 mm POF cable.
