Cavo ATX 20-Pin/24-Pin 0,15 m maschio/femmina dritto ShiverPeaks

ShiverPeaks ATX 20-pin/24-pin Cable 0.15m Male/Female Straight is a short, purpose-built power interconnect designed to link a power supply unit (PSU) to an ATX motherboard that uses either a 20-pin or 24-pin main power connector. At 0.15 m length, the cable provides a compact, direct connection with a straight male-to-female orientation, intended for tight layouts, upgrades and compact PC cases where minimal cable slack and fixed routing are required.

Advantages

This 20-pin to 24-pin adapter cable offers a straightforward electrical connection without signal conversion, preserving the PSU’s power delivery characteristics. The short length reduces cable clutter and improves airflow in small form-factor builds. The straight male/female connectors ensure a secure fit with standard ATX sockets and simplify installation when converting between 20-pin and 24-pin motherboard plugs.

Suitable for

• Converting a PSU with a 20-pin main connector to a 24-pin motherboard input
• System assembly and upgrades where a short, direct ATX power link is needed
• Compact desktop or small form-factor PC builds with limited internal space
• Temporary or permanent wiring where minimal cable routing is preferred

Key specifications

• Cable type: ATX main power adapter cable (20-pin to 24-pin)
• Length: 0.15 m (15 cm)
• Connector orientation: straight male to female
• Intended use: PSU-to-motherboard main power connection
• Compatibility: standard ATX 20-pin and 24-pin motherboard connectors

How to use

Align the male 20-pin plug with the matching female header on the PSU or motherboard and insert firmly until the connector seats. Connect the 24-pin female end to the motherboard main power socket, ensuring correct orientation so that the clip or latch engages if present. Confirm all connections are secure before powering the system. Because the cable is short, plan routing to avoid strain on the connectors and prevent interference with other components.

Recommendations

Use this cable only with compatible ATX power supplies and motherboards. Avoid excessive bending near the connector ends and do not use the cable if any pins or housing appear damaged. For systems requiring additional grounding or specialized power features, consult motherboard and PSU documentation to ensure safe installation.
