Cavo audio a Y Omnitronic LUB-27 modello 10453008 — cavo splitter a Y per la trasmissione del segnale

The Omnitronic LUB-27 Y-splitter cable is a compact audio lead intended for splitting or combining analog line-level signals between devices. It provides a straightforward solution for routing one source to two destinations or merging two sources to a single input where the signal paths and equipment permit. The cable is suitable for DJ setups, home audio systems and small PA installations, enabling simple connection of mixers, amplifiers, instruments or playback devices for quick signal distribution and tidy cabling.

Advantages

This Y-splitter cable offers a low-effort way to duplicate or combine signals without requiring additional active electronics. Its compact form factor makes it convenient for portable rigs and tight patchbays. The cable reduces the need for extra adapters or patch boxes and allows fast changes in signal routing during live or studio situations while maintaining clear analog signal paths when used within their technical limits.

How to use

Connect the single end of the Y-cable to the source device output and connect the two split ends to the intended destination inputs, making sure levels and impedance are appropriate for passive splitting. When combining two sources into one input, verify that the destination can accept the summed signal or use a proper mixer or summing device if necessary. Route the cable to avoid strain on connectors and keep signal cables away from power lines to minimise interference.

Recommendations

Use the Omnitronic LUB-27 for short, passive routing tasks and avoid using it as a permanent solution for combining active outputs. For combining or matching levels professionally, prefer an active mixer, DI box or dedicated summing device. Inspect connectors and cable integrity regularly and use balanced connections or additional equipment where noise rejection is required.
