Cavo audio ShiverPeaks BS06-151005 100 m nero rosso

The ShiverPeaks BS06-151005 100 m audio cable in black and red is a long-run cable designed for reliable audio signal transmission in professional and semi-professional environments. With 100 metres of cable, it allows flexible routing across venues, stages, studios or outdoor event sites while maintaining consistent signal quality. The color contrast of black and red improves visibility and routing identification during installation and teardown.

Advantages

This audio cable offers extended length for large setups while keeping signal attenuation low through appropriate conductor construction. Its robust outer sheath and two-tone colouring support durability and easier cable management. The absence of pre-fitted connectors provides versatility: the cable can be terminated to required connector types or used in custom installations. Constructed for both indoor and outdoor use, it balances flexibility with protection against mechanical stress.

Suitable for

• Long-distance stage and live event audio runs
• Studio installations requiring custom termination
• Outdoor sound reinforcement where visible routing is needed
• Permanent or temporary installations in venues and rehearsal spaces

Key specifications

• Cable length: 100 m
• Colour: black and red outer sheath
• Connector status: no pre-fitted connectors (sold as cable only)
• Intended use: audio signal transmission for professional and semi-professional setups

How to use

Measure the required run and lay out the cable to avoid sharp bends and tight loops. If connectors are needed, cut and terminate the cable ends with appropriate connectors according to the equipment and signal type you will carry; ensure correct shielding and conductor contacts during termination to minimise noise and signal loss. For fixed installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or ties, keeping it away from high-voltage power lines and heat sources. For outdoor use, protect exposed terminations from moisture with suitable covers or housings.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid kinking the cable, maintain gentle bend radii, and route separately from power cables to reduce interference. Choose connector types and soldering/crimping methods that match the conductor size and shielding to ensure durable, low-noise connections.
