Cavo d'antenna ShiverPeaks 80202-128-GS — schermato al 100%, placcato oro

Antenna cable ShiverPeaks 80202-128-GS — 100% Shielded, Gold Plated is a fully shielded coaxial cable engineered for reliable RF signal transmission in radio, TV, satellite and other wireless installations. The cable combines a continuous 100% shielding layer with gold-plated conductors and connectors to reduce electromagnetic interference and resist corrosion, ensuring stable connections for indoor and protected outdoor use where high shielding performance and long-term contact reliability are required.

Advantages

The continuous 100% shielding provides excellent protection against external electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference, while gold-plated conductors and connector contacts minimize contact oxidation and maintain low contact resistance over time. The cable design includes an effective outer conductor and common-mode current suppression that together deliver high shielding attenuation (>100 dB) for clearer signals and reduced cross-talk. Its black jacket offers mechanical protection suitable for typical indoor routing and installations in sheltered outdoor environments.

Suitable for

• Home and commercial TV antenna connections
• Satellite receiver and LNB feeds in protected installations
• FM/AM and amateur radio antenna connections
• Wireless antenna links where high shielding is required
• Equipment interconnects requiring corrosion-resistant gold-plated contacts

Key specifications

• Coaxial construction with continuous 100% shield
• Gold-plated conductor and connector contacts for improved corrosion resistance
• Shielding attenuation greater than 100 dB
• Integrated common-mode current suppression (mantelstromfilter)
• Black outer jacket, length approximately 1.0 m

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the antenna output and the other end to the receiver, TV tuners, satellite LNB or radio equipment using the compatible connectors. Ensure connector mating surfaces are clean and fully seated to benefit from the gold-plated contacts. Route the cable away from large mains wiring and sources of strong electromagnetic noise to preserve shielding effectiveness. For outdoor-exposed runs, use the cable only in protected or weather-sheltered locations as the jacket is intended for indoor and sheltered outdoor use.

Recommendations

For best signal performance, keep cable length as short as practical, avoid sharp bends and condensate-prone positions, and secure connections against mechanical strain. Periodically inspect connector contacts and the jacket for damage; replace the cable if shielding continuity appears compromised.
