Cavo d'antenna ShiverPeaks 80204-128-GS, schermato al 100%, contatti placcati oro

The ShiverPeaks antenna cable 80204-128-GS is a 3.0 m coaxial connection cable engineered for low-noise signal transmission. It features full 100% shielding, gold-plated contacts and a black outer jacket. Designed for radio, GPS and antenna installations, the cable provides consistent protection against external electromagnetic interference and is suitable for indoor or protected outdoor use where corrosion-resistant contacts and high shielding effectiveness are required.

Advantages

Fully shielded construction reduces electromagnetic interference and helps preserve signal integrity over the cable length. Gold-plated contacts offer improved corrosion resistance and stable electrical contact. The cable's design includes measures to limit sheath currents and maintain shielding effectiveness greater than 100 dB, ensuring low-noise performance for sensitive receivers and transmitters.

Suitable for

• Connecting radio receivers and transmitters
• GPS antenna installations and navigation devices
• Fixed antenna setups for indoor or protected outdoor environments
• Low-noise measurement and monitoring equipment

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3.0 m
• Shielding: 100% full coaxial shielding
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for corrosion resistance
• Shielding effectiveness: greater than 100 dB
• Outer jacket color: black
• Includes sheath-current filter to reduce interference

How to use

Connect the cable between the antenna and the device input using the compatible antenna connectors. Ensure connectors are tightened to the recommended torque for your equipment to maintain reliable contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic fields, and secure it with appropriate clamps or ties when installed in a fixed location. For outdoor-exposed installations, mount the cable within protected conduits or enclosures to reduce direct weather exposure.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable in conjunction with properly grounded antenna systems and maintain clean, secure connector contacts. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-current power lines; if crossing is necessary, do so at a right angle. Periodically inspect gold-plated contacts for contamination and clean them with recommended contact cleaners if signal degradation is observed.
