Cavo d'antenna ShiverPeaks 80405, lunghezza 5 m, contatti placcati oro

The ShiverPeaks 80405 antenna cable is a 5-meter coaxial connection cable engineered for reliable signal transmission between antennas and receivers. Featuring gold-plated contacts and fourfold shielding, the cable is intended to reduce signal loss and protect against electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable connectivity for TV, radio, satellite and other RF equipment over moderate distances.

Advantages

Gold-plated contacts provide improved corrosion resistance and consistent low-resistance connections. The four-layer shielding and integrated sheath current filter (mantelstromfilter) increase protection against external electromagnetic disturbances and minimize signal leakage. With a 5.0 m length, the cable balances reach and manageability for typical residential and professional installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting terrestrial TV antennas to set-top boxes or televisions
• Linking satellite LNBs to receivers where moderate cable length is required
• Radio antenna connections for home or small commercial receivers
• RF test setups and temporary installations requiring shielded coaxial cable

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5.0 m
• Contact plating: gold-plated connectors for corrosion resistance
• Shielding: fourfold shielding for high protection against interference
• Sheath current filter: integrated to reduce unwanted currents on the cable jacket
• Impedance: standard coaxial impedance suitable for antenna and RF equipment

How to use

Route the cable between antenna and receiver avoiding tight bends and sharp kinks. Secure connectors to the antenna and equipment by hand, ensuring a firm, even fit without forcing. For outdoor runs, protect exposed connections from moisture and UV with appropriate weatherproofing materials. If the installation requires multiple segments, use compatible coaxial couplers and ensure each connection maintains a solid, clean contact surface.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable runs as short as practical and avoid running parallel to mains power lines to reduce interference. Inspect connector contacts periodically for signs of corrosion and replace or clean them if signal degradation appears. Use additional grounding where required by local installation standards.
