Cavo DeLOCK DL4 per pannelli solari 4 mm² connettore maschio su femmina 5 m nero

The DeLOCK DL4 Solar Cable is a 5 m black photovoltaic connection cable with a 4 mm² conductor and MC4 male-to-female connectors. It is designed to transfer DC power from solar panels to inverters or extension runs within photovoltaic systems and supports an input voltage up to 600 V.

Advantages

The integrated MC4 plugs and sockets provide a snap-in locking mechanism to ensure a secure electrical connection while allowing separation with the correct release tool. The cable is rated IP67 for dust and water protection, improving reliability in outdoor installations. The 4 mm² conductor cross-section and durable outer jacket support efficient energy transfer and mechanical protection.

Key specifications

How to use

Route the cable between the solar panel junction and the inverter or between panels, ensuring the connectors are compatible with the mating MC4 plugs or sockets. Push the MC4 male and female connectors together until the snap-in latch engages. If disconnection is required, use an appropriate MC4 release tool to open the latch and separate the connectors. Avoid sharp bends and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use the cable within the specified 600 V rating and select correct polarity when connecting. Inspect connectors for damage before installation and ensure proper sealing at connection points to maintain IP67 protection. Follow local electrical codes and safety guidelines when working on photovoltaic systems.
