Cavo di alimentazione CradlePoint 170864-000, nero, lunghezza 3 m

CradlePoint 170864-000 is a 3 meter black power cable designed for use with compatible CradlePoint routers and gateways. The cable extends the reach of an external power adapter, allowing network equipment to be positioned further from wall outlets for cleaner and more flexible installations. Manufactured to match common CradlePoint power input requirements, this lead provides a straightforward connection that supports stable power delivery for small to medium networking devices.

Advantages

The 3 m length reduces the need for additional extensions and enables neater cable routing in office, home, or industrial environments. Its black jacket blends with most networking equipment and cable management systems. The cable is made to provide consistent contact and minimal voltage drop over its length, supporting reliable operation of routers and gateways that use an external power lead.

Suitable for

• Placement of CradlePoint routers and gateways away from fixed power outlets
• Office and home network setups where cable routing or concealment is required
• Temporary installations, test benches, and field deployments needing extended power reach
• Rack or wall-mounted devices where the power adapter is located at a distance

Key specifications

• Length: 3 meters
• Color: black
• Connector type: standard external power lead compatible with CradlePoint devices
• Intended use: low-voltage DC power delivery for routers and gateways

How to use

Connect one end of the power cable to the external power adapter output and the other end to the power input on the compatible CradlePoint device. Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain a secure electrical connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and exposure to heat sources; secure it with cable ties or clips as needed to prevent strain at the connector points. Verify the device powers on and operates normally after connection.

Recommendations

Use the cable indoors and in dry environments; avoid using in locations with excessive moisture or where the cable may be exposed to mechanical damage. For installations requiring longer runs or different connector types, select an appropriate certified replacement or extension designed for low-voltage DC power to ensure safe and reliable operation.
