Cavo di connessione alla rete Bachmann connettore a profilo su estremità aperta, nero, 5,00 m (modello 246186)

This Bachmann power connection cable with a Konturen‑Stecker on one end and an open cable end on the other is a 5.00 m black prewired lead intended for indoor electrical connections and professional wiring tasks. The cable provides a ready-made interface for devices that require a standard Bachmann contour-shaped plug at one end and a custom termination at the other, enabling connection to terminal blocks, connectors, or direct wiring into equipment.

Advantages

The cable combines a factory-mounted Konturen‑Stecker and an open cable end to reduce assembly time and ensure consistent contact geometry at the plug. Its 5.00 m length offers extended reach for installation and positioning flexibility. The black outer sheath provides discreet integration in most interiors and protects the conductors from standard mechanical stress during indoor use. Preassembled wiring simplifies repairs and device integration while maintaining predictable electrical performance when installed according to specifications.

Suitable for

• Connecting appliances or equipment that accept a Bachmann contour plug
• Professional installations where a custom termination is required at the device end
• Service, maintenance, and replacement of existing leads
• Prototyping and integration in control cabinets or furniture-mounted outlets

Key specifications

• Cable configuration: Konturen‑Stecker to open end
• Length: 5.00 m
• Colour: black
• Intended use: indoor electrical connections and professional wiring
• Prewired plug: factory-mounted contour-shaped plug for consistent fit

How to use

Route the cable to the installation location, ensuring the length and bend radius are suitable for the environment. Connect the Konturen‑Stecker into the matching receptacle on the device or outlet. Strip and terminate the open cable end as required for the target connection method (screw terminal, connector, or direct soldering), observing correct conductor identification and polarity. Secure the cable with appropriate strain relief and fastenings to prevent mechanical stress on terminations. Verify continuity and insulation with suitable test instruments before powering the circuit.

Recommendations

Use this cable only for indoor applications and within the specified current and voltage ratings of the connected devices. Installations should comply with local electrical codes and, where applicable, be performed by a qualified electrician. Avoid exposing the cable to sharp edges, excessive heat, or moisture to maintain safe operation.
