The Dexlan 858645 Cat7 S/FTP 5m White networking cable is a high-performance connection cable designed for demanding local area network setups. Featuring Category 7 specification and S/FTP shielding, this 5-metre cable supports high data rates while reducing crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the network port of your device and the other end to a router, switch, or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully seated to establish a secure link. For best performance, avoid tight bends and keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as large motors or unshielded power cables. When routing in cable trays or along walls, secure the cable with appropriate clips to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For stable high-speed performance, use this Cat7 S/FTP cable for critical links within your LAN and pair it with compatible network hardware that supports Gigabit or higher speeds. Regularly inspect connectors for dust or damage and replace the cable if the jacket or terminations show wear.
