Cavo di segnale Datalogic CS-A1-02-G-05 5 m, connettore maschio M12 a 4 poli, grigio

Datalogic CS-A1-02-G-05 is a 5 m signal cable with a 4‑pole conductor and an M12 connector in grey, intended for wired connections between industrial sensors, actuators and control equipment. Supplied as a single unit, this cable is designed to carry control and sensor signals in factory automation environments such as conveyor systems and machine I/O wiring. The cable design follows common industrial connector standards to ensure compatibility with devices that accept M12 4‑pole interfaces.

Advantages

The cable offers a standardized M12 4‑pole connection that simplifies installation and replacement in industrial setups. Its 5 m length provides moderate reach for typical machine-to-sensor runs without requiring extensions. The grey outer jacket and single‑unit supply make identification and inventory straightforward for maintenance teams.

Suitable for

• Connecting photoelectric and proximity sensors to machine I/O
• Wiring control signals in conveyor and material handling systems
• Replacing or extending existing M12 4‑pole sensor connections
• Use in general factory automation and assembly lines

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Number of poles: 4
• Connector type: M12, 4‑pole, female
• Colour: grey outer jacket
• Supply: single unit

How to use

Connect the M12 female connector to the corresponding male M12 sensor or device port until it locks securely, then route the cable to the controller or junction box and terminate according to the controller’s wiring scheme. Ensure correct pin assignment and secure cable routing to avoid mechanical strain. If the installation requires multiple cables, label each end to maintain clear identification for troubleshooting and maintenance.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility with the sensor or device pinout before installation and avoid sharp bends near the connector. For environments with chemical exposure or heavy mechanical stress, select an appropriate cable jacket material and mounting method; use strain reliefs where possible to extend service life.
