Cavo DisplayPort connettore maschio - connettore maschio ACT AK3981 3 metri Power-Pin 20 collegato

The ACT AK3981 is a 3-meter DisplayPort male-to-male cable with the power pin 20 connected. It provides a single-cable solution for transmitting digital video and audio signals between DisplayPort-equipped devices. With a three-metre length and a black jacket, this cable is suitable for desk-to-monitor runs, conference-room set-ups and AV installations where a reliable DisplayPort connection is required.

Advantages

This DisplayPort cable offers stable signal transmission and supports high-resolution video and multi-channel audio over a single connector type. The 20-pin power connection ensures compatibility with devices that require pin 20 continuity. The 3 m length provides flexibility in placement of source and display devices while the robust construction increases durability and resistance to daily wear.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs or laptops to monitors and displays
• AV setups in meeting rooms and classrooms
• Projector connections for presentations
• Multi-monitor workstations and professional graphics setups

Key specifications

• Cable type: DisplayPort male to DisplayPort male
• Cable length: 3 m
• Power pin: Pin 20 connected
• Colour: Black
• Signal: Digital video and audio

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort male connector to the source device (PC, laptop, or media player) and the other connector to the display device (monitor, projector, or AV receiver). Ensure both devices are powered off or that hot-plug detection is supported by the devices when connecting. After physical connection, power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display. Configure display resolutions and refresh rates in the host device settings to match the monitor capabilities.

Recommendations

For best results, keep cable runs away from large sources of electromagnetic interference and avoid tight bends. Use the 3 m length to minimize stress on connectors and to place devices for optimal airflow. If using high resolutions or refresh rates, confirm that both source and display support the desired settings and update graphics drivers when necessary.
