Cavo DisplayPort Equip, 3 m

The equip® DisplayPort Cable is a digital audio and video cable designed for connecting a computer to a display monitor or to a home-theater system. It supports high-resolution video up to 4096x2160 while using a single compact connector to transmit video and audio signals.

Advantages

The cable replaces older interfaces such as VGA and DVI and is compatible with systems that also use HDMI, offering higher resolution and color depth over fewer wires. Its design simplifies connections between PCs and monitors or AV receivers and supports both video and audio transmission through one cable.

Key specifications

• Maximum resolution: 4096x2160
• Single-cable transmission of video and audio
• Intended use: computer to monitor or computer to home-theater system

How to use

Connect one end of the DisplayPort cable to the DisplayPort output on your computer and the other end to the DisplayPort input on your monitor or home-theater receiver. Select the appropriate input on the display device and, if necessary, configure display settings in your operating system to set resolution and refresh rate.

Recommendations

Use compatible DisplayPort ports on both devices and ensure devices support the target resolution (4096x2160). For optimal results, verify cable condition and connector seating when troubleshooting signal or audio issues.
