Cavo HDMI AOC ibrido in fibra ottica DIGITUS AK-330126-900-S, UHD 8K, 90 m

The DIGITUS HDMI AOC hybrid fiber optic cable AK-330126-900-S is a 90 meter active HDMI cable engineered for lossless 8K video and high-resolution audio transmission. Using a hybrid construction that combines OM3 fiber with copper conductors, this HDMI AOC cable supports uncompressed 8K @ 60 Hz (UHD-2) with up to 48 Gbps bandwidth, providing stable signal integrity over long runs while remaining immune to electromagnetic interference. The compact cable (outer diameter 4.8 mm) and a small bending radius make it suitable for professional AV installations and permanent cable routes.

Advantages

The active optical design delivers high bandwidth with zero frame delay and low attenuation, enabling reliable transmission of uncompressed HDMI video and multi-channel audio over 90 m. Hybrid fiber-and-copper construction ensures maximum EMI resistance while maintaining support for advanced HDMI 2.1 features such as HDR, eARC, CEC and EDID. The cable's flexible diameter and 20 mm bending radius simplify installation in confined spaces and on cable drums for kink-free deployment. Plug & Play operation requires no additional drivers.

Suitable for

• Long-distance AV signal runs in conference rooms and auditoriums
• Fixed digital signage and video walls requiring 8K bandwidth
• Professional video production and control rooms
• Home cinema systems with high-resolution sources and displays
• Corporate meeting rooms and hybrid collaboration setups

How to use

Connect the HDMI AOC hybrid cable between an HDMI source and a compatible display using the HDMI connectors at each end. The cable is active and requires no driver installation; devices will negotiate capabilities via EDID automatically. Route the cable following the recommended bending radius (minimum 20 mm) and avoid sharp kinks. For neat installation over long distances, use the supplied cable drum or an appropriate cable management solution to unwind the cable without stress.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, verify that both source and display support HDMI 2.1 features you intend to use (for example 8K @ 60 Hz, HDR, or eARC). Keep the cable clear of strong electromagnetic sources where possible, although the hybrid fiber design provides high EMI immunity. When installing in fixed routes or behind walls, maintain the minimum bending radius and avoid pressure points; use strain relief at connector ends if permanent mounting is planned.
