The ShiverPeaks BS77472-LDN HDMI cable 2m is a two-metre HDMI Type A to Type A cable designed for transmitting high-definition audio and video signals between consumer electronics. With a data transfer rate of 17.819 Gbit/s and gold-plated contacts, the cable supports 3D video and delivers a stable connection for TVs, projectors, gaming consoles and other HDMI-equipped devices. The cable's black exterior provides a discreet, modern appearance that integrates with home entertainment and professional AV setups.

Advantages

This HDMI cable provides reliable signal transmission thanks to gold-plated contacts that reduce corrosion and improve conductivity. The 2 m length offers flexibility in device placement without excess slack. A high data transfer rate enables smooth playback of high-definition content and compatibility with 3D video formats. The standardized HDMI Type A connectors on both ends ensure broad device compatibility and straightforward plug-and-play operation.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs to set-top boxes, Blu-ray players or streaming devices
• Linking gaming consoles to monitors or televisions
• Connecting laptops or media players to projectors for presentations or video playback
• Home theatre and AV systems where a 2 m HDMI cable matches device placement

Key specifications

• Length: 2 metres
• Connector type: HDMI Type A on both ends
• Data transfer rate: 17.819 Gbit/s
• Contact finish: gold-plated contacts
• Video support: 3D video support
• Colour: black

How to use

Insert one HDMI Type A connector securely into the HDMI output of the source device (for example a set-top box, console or media player) and the other connector into the HDMI input of the display device (TV, monitor or projector). Ensure both devices are powered on and select the corresponding HDMI input on the display. For best results avoid tight bends near the connectors and route the cable so it is not pinched by furniture or doors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this cable for connections up to 2 metres where high-definition video and 3D content are required. Keep connectors clean and avoid excessive twisting; if running the cable near other power cords, maintain separation to reduce potential interference.
