Cavo HDMI ShiverPeaks BS77475-W 5m

The ShiverPeaks BS77475-W HDMI Cable 5m is a white HDMI cable with HDMI Type A connectors on both ends, designed to transmit high-definition audio and video signals over a 5-metre length. With a data transfer capability of up to 13.3 Gbit/s and support for 3D video formats, the cable is suitable for connecting TVs, monitors, projectors and home entertainment components where longer cable runs are required. Gold-plated connector contacts are included to improve contact reliability and reduce corrosion, while the cable’s construction aims to provide stable signal transmission across the full length.

Advantages

The cable offers a 5 m reach, enabling flexible placement of source devices and displays without the need for extension adapters. A 13.3 Gbit/s data throughput supports high-definition resolutions and 3D video, and gold-plated connectors enhance durability and consistent signal contact. The white outer jacket provides a clean appearance that blends with light-coloured décor and AV setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting Blu-ray players, set-top boxes or game consoles to TVs or projectors
• Extending HDMI connections to wall-mounted displays or monitors located away from source equipment
• Home cinema setups requiring 3D video support
• Office or classroom AV installations where a 5 m cable run is needed

How to use

Ensure both source and display devices are powered off before connecting. Insert one HDMI Type A connector into the HDMI output of the source device and the other into the HDMI input on the display. Once connected, power on the devices and select the corresponding HDMI input on the display. If necessary, configure resolution and 3D settings through the device menus to match the capabilities of both the source and display.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, avoid sharp bends and kinks in the cable, keep it away from strong electromagnetic interference sources (such as large transformers or unshielded power cables), and ensure connectors are fully seated. For wall installations, allow some slack near connector ends to reduce strain. When using 3D or high-resolution formats, verify both source and display firmware and settings to ensure compatibility.
