Cavo SATA DeLOCK 83841 0,5 m SATA III 7-Pin nero

The DeLOCK SATA Cable 83841 is a 0.5 m SATA III cable with 7-pin connectors, designed for internal PC connections. It supports data transfer rates up to 6 Gb/s and is backwards compatible with earlier SATA versions. The cable is black and supplied in a polybag, offering a compact solution for connecting SATA storage devices in desktop or server chassis where space is limited.

Advantages

This SATA cable is ultra-flexible and can be bent or kinked as required, allowing routing in tight spaces without the need for angled connectors. Short connector housings increase maneuverability in cramped areas, while metal clips provide a secure, audible click when connected. The construction emphasizes durability to resist breakage and material fatigue during installation and long-term use.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal SATA storage devices such as HDDs and SSDs inside PC cases or servers
• Installations with limited cable routing space or narrow drive bays
• Upgrading or replacing existing SATA cables to improve cable management

Key specifications

• Cable type: SATA III
• Length: 0.5 m
• Connectors: SATA 7-pin to SATA 7-pin
• Data transfer rate: up to 6 Gb/s (backwards compatible)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Route the cable from the motherboard SATA port to the SATA device, bending the flexible cable as needed to fit available space. Press the metal-clip connector onto the device and motherboard ports until it clicks to ensure a secure connection. Avoid sharp folds that could damage surrounding components and ensure both ends are fully seated before powering the system.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, keep the cable clear of moving parts and avoid excessive tension. Use the cable’s flexibility to route behind drive cages or along chassis edges to improve airflow and cable management.
