Cavo USB DeLOCK 2,0 m USB 3.0 A-B 82757

The DeLOCK 2.0m USB 3.0 A-B cable (model 82757) conforms to the USB 3.0 standard and supports SuperSpeed data transfer rates up to 5 Gbit/s. It has a USB A male connector on one end and a USB B male connector on the other, suitable for connecting devices such as hubs, external enclosures, printers and scanners. The cable features gold-plated contacts and a metal connector housing; a higher cable gauge on power and data lines provides a stable and safe connection between device and computer.

Advantages

The cable delivers USB 3.0 SuperSpeed performance up to 5 Gbit/s and maintains backward compatibility with USB 2.0 devices. Gold-plated contacts improve conductivity and corrosion resistance, while the metal connector housing increases mechanical durability. Thicker power and data conductors reduce voltage drop and support reliable power delivery and data integrity over the 2 m length.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers and scanners to a computer
• Linking external enclosures and docking hubs
• Data transfer between USB 3.0 A and B devices

How to use

Connect the USB A male connector to a host computer or hub and the USB B male connector to the peripheral device (for example a printer, scanner or external enclosure). Ensure both ends are fully inserted to establish a secure connection. For optimal performance, use USB 3.0 compatible ports on the host and device; the cable remains functional with USB 2.0 ports at lower speeds.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid tightly coiling the cable and keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources. Use USB 3.0 ports on both host and device to achieve full 5 Gbit/s transfer speeds and check connectors for dust or debris before connecting.
