Cavo USB DeLOCK 80484 USB Type-A connettore maschio su USB Type-B connettore maschio 1 m 5 Gbit/s

This USB cable from DeLOCK connects a device with a USB Type-B receptacle to a PC or laptop with an available USB Type-A port. The cable features a screw-secured USB Type-B connector to prevent accidental unplugging and a 90° right-angled plug to allow space-saving installation in confined areas. It supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 (also marketed as USB 3.1 Gen 1) with data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps and has a 1 m length in black.

Advantages

The angled USB Type-B plug permits easy connection in tight spaces behind equipment while the screw on the Type-B connector secures the connection against accidental disconnection. Support for USB 3.2 Gen 1 provides high-speed data transfer up to 5 Gbps, and the 1 m length balances reach and cable management.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers, scanners and other USB Type-B devices to a computer
• Use in tight spaces where a straight connector would not fit
• Applications requiring a secured, screw-fastened USB-B connection

Key specifications

• Connector 1: USB Type-A male
• Connector 2: USB Type-B male with screw
• USB version: USB 3.2 Gen 1 (up to 5 Gbps)
• Cable length: 1 m
• Colour: Black

How to use

Insert the USB Type-A plug into an available USB port on the PC or laptop and connect the USB Type-B plug into the device’s USB Type-B receptacle. If the device has a threaded port, tighten the screw on the Type-B connector to secure the cable. Ensure both ends are fully inserted before transferring data or powering the connected device.

Recommendations

For reliable high-speed transfers, use with USB 3.2 Gen 1 compatible ports and avoid sharp bends near the angled connector; route the cable to reduce strain on the connector and screw fitting.
