Cavo USB Helos 288306 USB 2.0 3 m USB A USB B nero

The Helos 288306 USB cable is a 3 m USB 2.0 connection lead with USB A and USB B connectors designed for reliable wired data and power linking between computers, printers, scanners and other peripheral devices. The cable supports the USB 2.0 standard with a maximum theoretical transfer rate of 0.48 Gbit/s. Magnetic shielding and gold-plated contacts improve signal integrity and contact durability. The black jacket provides a discrete, professional appearance while the 3 m length offers extended reach for flexible device placement.

Advantages

This USB A to USB B cable offers a combination of practical length and USB 2.0 compatibility, enabling stable data transfer and device communication. Magnetic shielding reduces electromagnetic interference from nearby devices and wiring, while gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and help maintain low-resistance connections. The 3 m length reduces the need for extension adapters and allows for tidy routing in office or home setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers and scanners to desktop or laptop computers
• Linking external audio interfaces or MIDI devices that use USB B
• Data transfer between USB A hosts and USB B peripherals in offices or studios
• Situations requiring longer reach without introducing signal repeaters

Key specifications

• Connectors: USB A (male) to USB B (male)
• USB version: USB 2.0, up to 0.48 Gbit/s
• Cable length: 3 m
• Shielding: magnetic shielding for reduced EMI
• Contacts: gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance
• Colour: black

How to use

Connect the USB A plug to the host device such as a computer or laptop, and insert the USB B plug into the peripheral device such as a printer, scanner or compatible audio interface. Ensure both devices are powered according to their specifications before transferring data. For best results, route the cable away from large sources of electromagnetic noise and avoid sharp bends or kinks that could damage internal conductors.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the cable within its USB 2.0 bandwidth limits and avoid connecting multiple passive extensions. Keep connectors clean and free from debris; if prolonged disconnection is expected, store the cable coiled loosely and avoid tight knots. When placing the cable near power adapters or heavy-duty equipment, maintain separation to minimize potential interference.
