Cavo USB ShiverPeaks BS13-26085 15 m USB A nero USB 2.0

The ShiverPeaks BS13-26085 is a 15 m USB 2.0 cable with USB A connectors on both ends designed for wired data connections over extended distances. It supports the USB 2.0 specification with a maximum practical data transfer rate of up to 0.48 Gbit/s and is finished in black. The cable is intended to provide a straightforward connection solution for devices that use USB A ports where longer reach is required, combining a simple plug-and-play interface with a single continuous length for desk-to-device or room-to-room setups.

Advantages

The cable offers a long 15 m length that reduces the need for intermediate extenders or multiple shorter cables. Compatibility with the USB 2.0 standard ensures interoperability with a wide range of peripherals and host devices that use USB A connections. The single-piece design in black provides an unobtrusive appearance suitable for home and office environments, and the USB A to USB A connectors allow direct connection between compatible devices without adapters when supported.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB A peripheral devices to USB A hosts over extended distances
• Temporary or semi-permanent wiring in offices, conference rooms, classrooms
• Setups requiring a single long cable run between computer equipment and devices
• Situations where USB 2.0 data rates (up to 0.48 Gbit/s) are sufficient

Key specifications

• Connector type: USB A to USB A
• USB version: USB 2.0
• Maximum data transfer rate: 0.48 Gbit/s (USB 2.0 specification)
• Cable length: 15 m
• Colour: Black

How to use

Insert each USB A connector into the corresponding USB A port on the devices you wish to connect. Ensure ports are compatible with USB 2.0 or accept USB A connections. After physical connection, operating systems and devices typically recognize the link automatically; install or enable any necessary drivers or device-specific software as required by the connected hardware. Avoid excessive bending at the connector ends and route the cable to prevent pinching or prolonged stress on the jacket.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, keep cable runs clear of strong electromagnetic sources and avoid bundling with high-voltage power cables. Use this cable where USB 2.0 throughput meets your needs; for higher-speed requirements consider cables compliant with newer USB specifications. When routing the 15 m length, allow gentle curves and support the cable to prevent strain at the connector interfaces.
