Ceppo portacoltelli Victorinox V-7.70 31.03 nero – compatto per set piccoli

The Victorinox V-7.70 31.03 black knife block is a compact kitchen knife holder designed to store and organize a small set of knives while saving counter space. Its upright, narrow form provides a stable base for several blades and keeps knife edges protected when not in use. The black finish integrates discreetly into modern kitchen interiors and helps maintain an orderly work area by keeping knives accessible yet safely stored.

Advantages

This compact knife holder offers space-saving storage for up to a small set of kitchen knives while maintaining a stable footprint on the countertop. The internal slots cradle blades to reduce contact with other metal surfaces, which helps preserve edge sharpness and reduces wear. The black surface is easy to coordinate with different kitchen styles and hides minor marks from daily use. The design provides quick access to knives, improving workflow during food preparation and minimizing the need to search drawers.

Suitable for

• Home kitchens with limited counter space
• Small apartments and studio kitchens
• Supplemental storage for specialty knives (paring, boning, utility)
• Organizing a basic starter knife set

Key specifications

• Compact, upright block design for small knife collections
• Black exterior finish for discreet appearance
• Internal slots to separate and protect blade edges
• Stable base suitable for countertop placement
• Intended for storing multiple knives of various lengths within a small footprint

How to use

Place the Victorinox knife block on a flat, stable section of countertop away from direct heat and moisture. Insert knives blade-first into appropriately sized slots so each blade is held securely and does not contact others. Remove knives by pulling them straight out to avoid dulling the blade against internal surfaces. Periodically remove all knives to clean and dry both blades and the interior of the block; ensure everything is fully dry before reinserting to prevent moisture buildup.

Recommendations

For safe use, store only clean and dry knives in the block and avoid placing oversized or damaged blades that may not fit securely. Keep the block out of reach of children and check regularly that knives sit firmly in their slots. To preserve blade edges, avoid forcing knives into slots; if a slot feels tight, inspect for debris or consider a different storage location for that particular knife.
