Cesoia pneumatica HAZET 9036N-5 370 W aria compressa 1,6 m/s²

The HAZET 9036N-5 power shear is a compressed-air metal cutting tool designed for precision trimming and profile work. With a 370 W power input and a compact footprint of 255 mm width and 72 mm height, this shear delivers controlled cutting performance while remaining lightweight at approximately 1 kg. The unit is intended for use in professional metalworking environments where accurate, repeatable cuts in sheet metal and profiles are required.

Advantages

The tool combines a high power-to-weight ratio with low vibration levels (1.6 m/s²), enabling prolonged use with reduced operator fatigue. Its compact dimensions and light weight improve maneuverability in tight spaces and on complex components. Operating on compressed air ensures continuous performance under heavy-duty cycles and reduces the risk of thermal overload associated with some electric alternatives. The construction is focused on stable cutting action and precision.

Suitable for

• Cutting and trimming sheet metal for bodywork and panels
• Profile trimming and shaping in fabrication shops
• Maintenance and repair tasks requiring accurate metal cuts
• Working in confined spaces where a compact tool is needed

Key specifications

• Power source: compressed air (pneumatic)
• Power input: 370 W
• Vibration level: 1.6 m/s²
• Overall width: 255 mm
• Overall height: 72 mm
• Weight: approx. 1 kg

How to use

Connect the power shear to a suitable compressed air supply rated for pneumatic tools, ensuring the air pressure and flow meet the manufacturer's recommendations for safe operation. Secure the workpiece and verify blade condition before starting. Hold the tool firmly, align the cutting edge with the intended cut line, and apply steady, controlled feed pressure; avoid forcing the tool to prevent loss of cut quality. After use, depressurize the supply, clean the cutting area, and perform any routine maintenance such as lubrication or blade inspection as required.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye and hearing protection and gloves. Maintain a clean, dry compressed air supply and follow scheduled maintenance to preserve cutting performance. For consistent results, use correct blade types and replace worn blades promptly. Avoid using the tool beyond intended duty cycles to prevent premature wear.
