Chiave poligonale Gedore 2297205

The Combination Wrench Gedore 2297205 is a durable, hot-forged spanner combining a flat UD profile with a hollow shaft and a precisely ground jaw that matches the spanner size. Made from Gedore vanadium steel (31CrV3) and matt chrome-plated for a non-glare finish, the tool features a warp-resistant geometry with a double T-girder effect and a locking insert with manganese-phosphated pawl. It is designed for high torque transfer and comfortable handling, and can be converted to a (bit) ratchet when used with the separately available adaptor 7 RA or 7 RB. European patent applied.

Advantages

The spanner offers high torque transfer and reliable ratchet loosening and fast tightening thanks to a refined U-20 ratchet mechanism. Its hollow profile reduces weight and improves grip comfort while the warp-resistant double T-girder geometry increases stability under load. Matt chrome-plating prevents glare and the exactly ground jaw ensures precise fit on fasteners.

How to use

Select the correct wrench size and place the precisely ground jaw onto the fastener. Use the ratchet action for loosening or fast tightening where appropriate; for bit-ratchet use, attach adaptor 7 RA or 7 RB (sold separately) and operate the tool as a ratchet. Maintain steady pressure and work within the specified working angles to ensure proper engagement and torque transfer.

Recommendations

Inspect the spanner before use for wear or damage, keep the ratchet mechanism clean and lightly lubricated, and store the tool dry to preserve the matt chrome finish. Do not exceed recommended torque limits for fasteners to avoid damage.
