AS Schwabe 35011 power strip is a compact indoor extension lead with a 1.4 m cable and five AC outlets designed for 230 V mains. The white housing offers a space-saving solution to distribute power to multiple devices while maintaining a tidy appearance. With IP20 protection, the unit is intended for basic indoor environments such as homes, offices and workshops where protection against solid objects greater than 12 mm is sufficient.

Advantages

The power strip combines a short, manageable cable length with five grounded AC sockets to support multiple small appliances, chargers and lamps. Its low-profile design and white colour help it blend with typical interior settings. IP20-rated construction allows safe indoor use under normal conditions, and the 230 V compatibility fits standard domestic and office electrical systems in many regions.

How to use

Place the power strip on a stable surface within reach of a suitable 230 V wall socket and connect the plug to mains power. Insert appliances or chargers into the available outlets ensuring plugs are fully seated. Do not overload the strip by exceeding the combined current rating of connected devices; unplug equipment when not in use. Keep the cable routed to avoid trip hazards and do not place the unit where it may be exposed to moisture or direct heat sources.

Recommendations

Use the power strip only in dry indoor environments and avoid connecting high-power appliances such as kettles, space heaters or large refrigerators. Check connected devices’ combined current draw to prevent overload, and inspect the cable and housing periodically for damage. For permanent or safety-critical installations, consult an electrician about fixed wiring or professionally installed surge protection.
