Ciabatta Bachmann STEP ALU 3 prese con interruttore, custodia in alluminio, 3x prese AC, 230 V, 16 A, IP20

Bachmann STEP ALU 3-way with switch is a compact indoor power strip in an aluminium profile designed for reliable distribution of mains power to multiple devices. The unit provides three angled AC outlets (CEE7 style) rated for 230 V and up to 16 A total (3,680 W) and includes a green illuminated on/off switch. Built with an aluminium housing and IP20 protection, the STEP ALU is intended for installations under tabletops, in cable ducts, on partition systems and other indoor mounting situations where a sturdy metal enclosure and a simple switching function are required.

Advantages

The aluminium profile offers mechanical robustness and helps with heat dissipation while keeping the strip lightweight and compact. The three protective-contact sockets are rotated 35° to optimise cable routing in confined spaces. A green illuminated switch controls both the sockets and the power output, providing clear visual status and a single point of control. The integrated Wieland GST18i3 input connector and matching output socket allow flexible feed-in and easy integration with modular electrification systems. Multiple mounting options and compatible brackets support installation in workplaces, raised floors and partition systems.

Suitable for

• Workstations and office desks where multiple devices need mains power
• Workshops and technical rooms for tool and equipment connection
• Under-table and cable duct installations in meeting rooms or classrooms
• Raised floor and partition installations in commercial interiors

How to use

Mount the STEP ALU power strip using the recommended brackets or adapters for the chosen surface (under-desk, cable duct or partition). Connect the power feed using the compatible plug-in GST connector and verify the connection is secure. Plug devices into the three angled sockets and switch the green illuminated switch to the ON position to supply power. Ensure the combined current of connected devices does not exceed 16 A (3,680 W) and that the strip is used only in dry indoor environments in accordance with IP20 rating.

Recommendations

Use the Bachmann STEP ALU 3-way power strip in permanent indoor installations and secure all plug-in connectors to prevent accidental disconnection. Do not exceed the rated current; distribute high-power devices across different circuits if necessary. For installations in ESD-sensitive areas, use ESD-capable brackets and follow local electrical installation standards. Regularly inspect the housing, connectors and switch for damage and replace the unit if any protective-contact components are worn or compromised.
