Cinghia di ancoraggio Safetex "Blackline" con cricchetto a pressione e gancio a punta WLL 1.000kg | 2 pezzi | 35,0mm (35A-B-2-DR-SPH-04.00)

The Safetex Blackline 35mm lashing strap stands apart from standard tie-downs through its push ratchet mechanism—a design that speeds up tensioning and reduces operator fatigue during repeated load securing. Built as a 2-part system with J-hooks, it delivers a working load limit of 1000 kg and a lashing capacity of 1000 daN, making it a dependable choice for professional cargo restraint on trucks, trailers, and flatbeds. The high-tenacity polyester webbing resists abrasion and UV exposure, while the black colour helps hide dirt and wear in demanding logistics environments.

Highlights

• 2-part lashing system with push ratchet (Druckratsche) for fast, secure tensioning
• Working load limit (WLL): 1000 kg; lashing capacity (LC): 1000 daN
• Breaking strength of strap: 2000 daN for a 2:1 safety factor
• 35 mm high-tenacity polyester (PES) webbing in black
• End fittings: galvanized steel J-hooks (Spitzhaken) for positive engagement
• Complies with EN 12195-2 for load restraint on road vehicles
• Elongation at WLL: less than 7% for minimal load shift
• Operating temperature range: -40°C to +100°C

In daily use

Operators appreciate the push ratchet's one-handed operation—simply feed the webbing, push the handle to tension, and lock it in place. The J-hooks fit common lashing points and side rails, while the galvanized steel construction resists corrosion even in wet or salty conditions. The polyester webbing maintains its strength across a wide temperature range, from freezing cold storage to hot summer tarmac. With low elongation at working load, the strap keeps cargo firmly in position, reducing the need for frequent re-tensioning on long hauls.
