Connettore coassiale Hama 00205204 tipo F 2 pz.

Coaxial Connector F-type Hama 00205204 is a male F-type connector supplied in a pack of two, designed for reliable connections between coaxial cables and AV equipment. Finished in silver, the connector provides a stable threaded coupling compatible with standard F-type sockets used in television, set-top boxes, radios and other home entertainment devices. The compact design and metal construction offer a durable interface for signal transmission in domestic installations.

Advantages

The metal F-type construction ensures consistent electrical contact and low signal loss across the connector interface. Threaded coupling provides a secure mechanical connection that resists accidental detachment. The silver finish supports corrosion resistance and a uniform appearance when installed. Supplied as a twin pack, the set allows for replacement or multiple connections without purchasing individual pieces.

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket, shielding and dielectric to the required lengths for an F-type installation. Insert the prepared cable end into the connector body ensuring the central conductor engages the male pin and the cable braid makes contact with the connector body. Screw the connector onto the female F-type socket until hand-tight to secure the mechanical and electrical connection. Verify signal reception after installation and re-tighten if necessary to eliminate intermittent contact.

Recommendations

For best performance, use connectors matched to the cable diameter and follow standard coaxial cable preparation practices. Avoid overtightening with tools to prevent damage to sockets; hand-tightening is usually sufficient. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion or looseness in environments with high humidity.
