Connettore coassiale tipo F ShiverPeaks BS85012-10

The ShiverPeaks BS85012-10 is a pack of 10 F-type coaxial connectors designed for reliable cable connections in television and satellite systems. Each connector is male and has an outer diameter of 7.5 mm, which ensures compatibility with many standard coaxial cables used for RF signal transmission. The pack provides multiple connectors for installation or replacement tasks where durable, low-loss connections are required.

Advantages

These F-type connectors offer consistent electrical contact and a simple screw-on installation method that reduces signal loss and mechanical stress on the cable. Delivered in a multi-pack of 10, they help maintain uniformity across multiple connection points and minimize the need for frequent replacements. The 7.5 mm diameter and male design are appropriate for a wide range of coaxial cable applications, supporting stable reception for TV and satellite equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting coaxial cables to television sets and set-top boxes
• Satellite dish cable terminations and extension cables
• Home AV and RF distribution systems
• Replacement of worn or damaged F-type connectors

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type (male)
• Quantity: 10 pieces per pack
• Outer diameter: 7.5 mm
• Application: RF/coaxial cable connections for TV and satellite
• Mounting style: screw-on/press-fit compatible depending on cable preparation

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket, foil, and dielectric to the manufacturer-recommended dimensions so the center conductor and outer braid are exposed correctly. Slide the connector onto the cable until the dielectric seats inside and the braid makes solid contact with the connector body. Secure the connector by tightening according to the connector design, ensuring a firm mechanical and electrical connection without over-compressing the cable. Use the connectors for standard installations on TV tuners, satellite receivers, splitters and wall outlets.

Recommendations

For best signal quality, use a clean, undamaged cable and maintain proper stripping dimensions. Avoid excessive bending near the connector and verify the connection with a signal meter or receiver. Replace any connector that shows corrosion, loose fit or intermittent signal. Keep spare connectors from the pack for future maintenance or expansion.
