Suitable for

• Connecting coaxial cables to TVs, set-top boxes and satellite receivers
• Home entertainment and antenna distribution systems
• Professional audio/video installations requiring RF signal transmission
• Replacement or spare part for coaxial cable terminations

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type male
• Outer diameter: 7.2 mm
• Compatibility: standard coaxial cables for RF/TV/satellite use
• Sold as: single unit
• Intended use: indoor AV and RF signal connections

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket and dielectric to the dimensions appropriate for F-type termination, ensuring the center conductor and shield are exposed correctly. Thread the connector onto the cable end or onto the mating device, engaging the threaded coupling until secure. Verify the mechanical fit and test the signal path with the relevant receiver or signal meter to confirm proper installation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate cable preparation tools to avoid damaging the center conductor or shield. For installations exposed to moisture or outdoor environments, use additional weatherproofing measures such as sealing tape or weather boots, and ensure connections are tightened to manufacturer-recommended torque levels without over-tightening.
