Connettore coassiale tipo F Televes 401101

The Televes 401101 is an F-type coaxial connector engineered for reliable signal transmission in cable TV and satellite installations. Constructed from metallic materials, this connector provides a secure mechanical and electrical interface between coaxial cables and devices. The design focuses on minimizing insertion loss and maintaining continuity across the connection while remaining simple to install in field and home applications.

Advantages

The metallic F-type connector delivers consistent contact pressure and corrosion resistance suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor use. Its compact form factor and standard F-type interfaces ensure broad compatibility with receivers, set-top boxes, amplifiers and wall plates. The connector’s build reduces signal reflections and provides stable impedance matching for improved picture and audio fidelity in TV and satellite systems.

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type to F-type
• Material: metallic finish for electrical conductivity and mechanical strength
• Color: metallic
• Application: designed for coaxial cable systems used in cable TV and satellite reception
• Compatibility: fits standard threaded F-type jacks and plugs

How to use

Strip the coaxial cable to the recommended dimensions for an F-type installation, ensuring correct exposure of the inner conductor and dielectric. Slide the connector over the cable end and tighten the threaded interface onto the mating F-type jack or device. Verify that the inner conductor is centered and that there are no stray braid strands that could cause shorts. Use a torque-controlled wrench if specified by the installation guidelines to avoid over-tightening.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, use connectors matched to the cable type and ensure clean, corrosion-free contacts. Avoid excessive bending or stress at the connector termination and perform regular visual checks in environments where humidity or salt exposure may occur.
