Key specifications

• Connector type: M12, screw fixing, flush mounting
• Rated current: 4 A
• Weight: approximately 23.67 g
• Application: signal and low-power connections in industrial environments
• Mechanical interface: standardized M12 thread for mating compatibility

How to use

Prepare the cable and housing cutout to match the flush-mount dimensions of the connector. Insert the connector into the panel or housing and secure it using the M12 screw fixing until it is firmly seated. Terminate conductors according to the wiring scheme used in your application, ensuring correct torque on screws to maintain reliable contact without damaging terminals. After installation, verify continuity and correct polarity before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use this M12 connector in accordance with the device manufacturer’s wiring diagrams and follow standard installation torque values for M12 screw connections. Protect the connector from exposure to aggressive chemicals and extreme mechanical stress; in harsher environments consider additional sealing or protective housings. Periodically inspect mating surfaces and screw terminations for corrosion or loosening to maintain reliable operation.
