Connettore femmina RCA (Cinch) ShiverPeaks 52091-S dorato nero — connessione audio

The ShiverPeaks cinch (RCA) socket model 52091-S is a black, gold-plated audio connector designed for stable line-level analog connections. It provides a standard RCA interface for signal transfer between devices such as CD players, amplifiers, AV receivers and preamplifiers. The gold plating improves contact reliability and resistance to corrosion while the black housing offers a discreet appearance for installations in home audio systems, custom panels and audio racks.

Advantages

This gold-plated RCA socket ensures low contact resistance and reduced risk of oxidation over time, helping to preserve signal integrity in analog audio chains. The black finish conceals the connector in dark panels and equipment front plates, while the compact design enables straightforward mounting in custom enclosures. The socket is suitable for typical line-level signals and is compatible with standard RCA plugs for easy integration into existing setups.

Suitable for

• Home audio systems and Hi‑Fi component connections
• AV receivers and amplifier input/output wiring
• Custom audio panels and DIY cabling projects
• Replacement or upgrade of worn RCA sockets in equipment

Key specifications

• Connector type: Female RCA (cinch) socket
• Finish: Gold-plated contact surfaces
• Housing color: Black
• Signal level: Line-level analog audio
• Mounting: Panel-mountable format for custom enclosures

How to use

Install the socket into a suitable panel cutout and secure it according to the mounting design of the enclosure. Solder or mechanically attach the internal signal and ground conductors to the corresponding terminals on the rear of the socket, observing correct polarity for left and right channels where applicable. Plug standard RCA male connectors into the front interface to establish audio connections; ensure plugs are fully seated to maintain reliable contact.

Recommendations

For long-term reliability, avoid exposing the connector to humid or corrosive environments. Use good-quality RCA cables and ensure secure solder joints or terminations on the rear contacts. Periodic inspection and gentle cleaning of the contact surfaces can help maintain optimal signal transfer.
