How to use

Strip the cable to expose the conductor and solder or clamp the wire to the terminal end of the male connector following polarity conventions (center positive where applicable). Ensure the strain relief captures the cable jacket to reduce movement at the joint. After assembly, test the connection with a compatible 5.5×2.1 mm jack device or power supply before final installation.

Recommendations

Use these connectors for low-voltage DC applications only. Verify device polarity and voltage compatibility before connecting. For permanent installations, apply heat-shrink tubing over the soldered joint and strain relief to increase mechanical stability and insulation.
