How to use

Strip the outer jacket of the round CAT 6A cable to expose conductors, maintain proper pair twist as much as possible, and insert the wires into the TM31 modular plug following the RJ-45 pinout. Ensure the cable fits the 6 mm inner diameter before seating. Use an appropriate crimping or termination tool compatible with Hirose TM31 plugs to secure the connection. After termination, check the plug seating and continuity with a network tester before deploying the cable.

Recommendations

Use these modular plugs with cables that match the specified 6 mm inner diameter and CAT 6A performance to ensure reliable high-speed network operation. Store unused plugs in a dry environment and avoid excessive bending near the termination point to maintain signal integrity.
