Connettore per aste Vogel's PFA 9104 serie PFB 34xx

The Vogel's PFA 9104 Bar coupler is designed for use with the PFB 34xx Series mounts to provide a stable, secure connection between mounting bars and accessories. Constructed from robust materials, the coupler ensures long-term mechanical stability and reliable support for mounted devices. The component integrates with existing Vogel's mounting systems and is intended to simplify installation while maintaining consistent alignment and load distribution.

Advantages

The coupler offers a compact form factor with solid mechanical joints that resist loosening under vibration or repeated adjustments. Its durable construction minimizes wear over time, and the design supports straightforward assembly with common hand tools. Compatibility with PFB 34xx Series mounts reduces the need for custom adapters and helps maintain a uniform mounting setup across installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting horizontal or vertical mounting bars within Vogel's PFB 34xx Series installations
• Securing intermediate connections in multi-part mounting assemblies
• Use in corporate, retail, educational, and AV installations where consistent load-bearing connections are required

Key specifications

• Compatibility: designed for PFB 34xx Series mounts
• Material: metal alloy with corrosion-resistant finish for extended service life
• Mechanical fastening: provides rigid coupling between mounting bars and accessories
• Finish: protective coating to reduce corrosion and wear
• Dimensions and weight: compact size to fit standard bar profiles used in the PFB 34xx Series

How to use

Align the coupler with the corresponding bar profiles on the PFB 34xx Series mount and engage the mechanical fastening points. Use the recommended hand tools to tighten bolts or screws to the specified torque values for the installation to ensure a secure fit. Verify alignment and load distribution after installation and perform a visual check to confirm that all fasteners are seated correctly. For multi-section assemblies, install couplers sequentially and re-check the overall rigidity of the mounting structure.

Recommendations

Install in environments that match the specified load and environmental conditions for the PFB 34xx Series. Periodically inspect the coupler and fasteners for signs of corrosion or loosening, especially in high-vibration or outdoor installations, and re-torque fasteners as needed.
