Connettore per cavi ShiverPeaks BS51100-M2 3,5 mm acciaio inox maschio

The ShiverPeaks BS51100-M2 Wire Connector 3.5 mm Stainless Steel Male is a pair of male audio connectors designed for wiring and repair tasks in audio and electronic equipment. Each connector features a 3.5 mm male plug constructed from stainless steel, providing a compact interface for signal transmission. Supplied as a pack of two, these connectors suit installations where durable metal contacts are required and where compact size and reliable mechanical connection are important.

Advantages

These stainless steel 3.5 mm male connectors offer corrosion resistance and mechanical durability compared with plated or plastic alternatives. The metal housing provides stable mechanical retention and consistent contact geometry for repeated plug cycles. Supplied in a two-piece pack, the connectors enable matching pairs for stereo or dual-channel wiring jobs and reduce the need to source individual components separately.

Suitable for

• Repairing or replacing 3.5 mm male connectors on headphones and small audio cables
• Custom cable assemblies for portable audio players and recorders
• DIY electronics projects requiring a compact male audio interface
• Laboratory or workshop test leads and temporary signal connections

Key specifications

• Connector type: 3.5 mm male audio plug
• Material: stainless steel housing and contacts
• Pack quantity: 2 pieces
• Intended use: signal-level audio connections and low-voltage electronics
• Finish: metal (stainless steel) appearance

How to use

Strip the cable insulation to the appropriate conductor lengths, then solder or crimp the signal and ground conductors to the connector contacts according to the connector’s internal layout. After connecting the conductors, reassemble any shell or strain-relief elements and verify mechanical stability. Test the assembled cable with the intended audio device at low volume to confirm correct wiring and secure contact before regular use.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, use appropriately sized cable for the connector, avoid excess twisting or bending near the joint, and ensure solder joints are clean and mechanically supported. If used in humid or corrosive environments, periodic inspection of the metal surfaces is recommended to maintain consistent contact quality.
